Does anyone else’s versa appear to have a bright right corner? It whitish and is noticeable, does this mean I have a faulty one or is everyone’s like this?

In order for me to further investigate it, could you please post a screenshot so I can see the bright corner you are talking about? In the meantime, let me suggest you to restart your Fitbit Versa by following these instructions below:

Hi Guys,
I got the same issue a week ago. The right bottom corner of my Versa became very light and that's bothering me a lot. I have it for a month already and general speaking it works wery well. I already restarted it a few times, but nothing changed. Should I return it and ask for a new one?

Welcome to the Fitbit forums @MilenS! Thanks for trying to restart our Versa to make that light disappearing. Beside that, I'd like you to wait until the battery of your Versa drains out, once is totally empty, put it to charge, restart it again and let me know if the light disappears.

Hi Guys,
Today I contacted the fitbit customer services. The operator asked me some questions related to what the problem was, and I explained him. He told me to check some parameters of my watch like brightness, to restart and shut it down, but nothing helped. In the end he asked me to send him a picture of my Versa. After consulting with the fitbit engineers he told me that fitbit will replace my watch. So currently I am waiting for my replacement one.

I have the same problem with my screen, but I can't find the receipt from my purchase. But I still have the box I purchased it from. Could I still be helped?
