In the past week my versa has been very slow. The touch screen doesn’t work unless I power down and restart. Also the battery is draining in 3 days as opposed to 5-6 days. Auto sync is not on. Can anyone help? I have an iPhone 10.

@ArtCampbell76, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it became very slow and the battery is draining fast. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen is not slow anymore.
Regarding the battery draining issue, please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the batter life of your watch.
