Versa screen issues with the bottom half of the screen

The bottom half of the screen goes black, flickers and after 10 - 30 seconds comes back, but if you swipe to another screen the bottom half will be a screen behind.

 

I have tried resetting, factory resetting and even changed the clock face in desperation, but the issue continues.
