Versa screen kept waking up earlier and now won't work

Hi!

My Versa at work today kept waking up on its own even though I have it set on manual wake up, so I turned it off and on again to see if that would fix it. Now it lights up black but won't show anything at all, just vibrates occasionally. I tried to do a factory reset but nothing will show up.

Any help would be great.

Have the same issue, only had the watch for a little over 4 months and i take good care of my versa, I've seen so many people on the internet with fitbit Versa are having the same issue, so i really think this is some sorta of manufacture flaw. I wouldn't bother any of the fitbit product in the future. lesson here, you get what you pay for!
