Help, I just got this for Christmas and it's not working properly. I have the updated firmware and it is synced but it continues to act up. It doesn't show me clock all the time, doesn't let me touch the screen and vibrates for no reason.

@Ameffley, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on sometimes and won't respond to touches. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.
