Versa screen not swiping

My Versa screen is not swiping its really frustrating talking to customer service and them telling me my device is not under warranty but that they can send em a 40% discount .I expressed to management and got transferred to supervisor over the phone and told them my frustration with FITBIT as a whole.

ive had the Fitbit Charge, Charge HR, Versa, Flex, Alta and Alta HR and have only been able to get 2 replaced because they were under warranty and it was either the screen not turning on or charging after trouble shooting over with the online rep. 
move spent so much money and now I’m thinking if it’s even worth sticking around as a customer. 
when sealing to the supervisor I was told I only can get a 25% off . I explained that I was told a 40% and she kept insisting that it was 25% even though the rep had said 40.

 

anyone else see I gotta a correlation with constantly having to purchase a device even thought it’s clearly a manufacturer faulty device 🤦🏻‍:female_sign:. 


maybe I should take my money elsewhere after all it seem to me that fitbits Stock is not doing to hot.

 

anyone else frustrated on ahvening to spend well over $150 every so often because the company won’t replace a faulty device.
