Hi yesterday my versa screen went blank, there appears to be a light behind the screen but no fitbit logo or info displays. I have tried the back button and bottom button - no result and logo does not display I have tried the 3 button reset but without the logo displaying it is very difficult any ideas? Thanks.

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
