Versa screen not working and battery draining fast

I have almost had my versa for a year. I love it. But last week I noticed it got 2 green lines in it and the battery started draining fast. 2 days after that the screen went white. I have waited to see if it would return to normal. Chaged clock faces before it went white. Now its unusable any ideas

Hi, have you changed your Clock Face to one developed by Fitbit itself? If yes, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see each time the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
