Last night the screen went black and wouldn’t turn on. I tried resetting multiple times and no luck. I put it on charge and after about an hour the screen came back to life. So I put it back on and wore it. However when I was sleeping it happened again and I woke up to it saying it had no battery - although before all this happened I had about 80% battery. So I put it one charge again and the screen stayed black. After awhile it worked again but it would kept resetting itself over and over again. It then told me I needed to change my watch face so I did that and now it’s half working. The screen lights up and I can see it again but it won’t move off of the clock face. Any suggestions as to what has happened and how I can fix it please???

@Slm6997 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display is not working properly and reset by itself constantly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock fact to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display works as it should.
