My Vera screen has stopped working and won’t hold a charge. I’ve rebooted and restarted my Fitbit as well as changed the clock face with no resolve. I can’t update the tracker because the screen is black. I’ve had my versa for 1.5 years but only wore it for 1 year. This is super frustrating considering the amount of money I paid for this device. Why did my Fitbit randomly stop working and how can this issue be resolved? I do not want to buy another Fitbit for fear this will happen again and seems to be a common issue per other posts.
