sadly I woke up this morning to a "dead" versa, had 40% charge but the screen was blank. Have reset it, turned it on and off and still I am left with a sad looking versa with a white blank screen with lines running through it.
Anyone have any recommendations? about to go on holiday and wanted to take it with me.

Had the same since yesterday. Various reboots and even factory reset have worked only partially. Battery is draining, I can only see a very vague screen that flickers and goes very light every time I push a button. Service keeps telling me it is ok, but it isn't. Probably returning this fitbit.

Hi, I have similar troble. My watch is slower. picture quality is realy bad ...
Try restart. set factory reset nothing change

Yup, mine is the same. There is a white line on the top of the screen and the screen quality is awful. Also if you tap the screen it just goes back white with lines.
fitbit guys do you have any advice?

You folks that have tried both a Restart and Factory Reset with no luck, contact Customer Support.

Had same prob and restarted my phone after seeing another post. Screen came straight on after resyncing! Not sure if you've tried this but worth a go
