I went to bed with a perfectly working Fitbit Versa. When I woke up, the screen was black with only a dim gray light and no way to see the display. I have tried to factory reset multiple times, have put it on the charger and everything else that others have suggested. My watch is less than 18 months old, and I don't usually wear it in the shower or in the water. I'm so confused and would love some help since troubleshooting and charging is not working 😞
