Versa screen only shows the logo and won't sync or update

I can't update or get any options on my Versa face.  Only the logo.  I can't synch or update the tracker or be found by either my phone or my WiFi.

I connected enough to update my Versa, but the time is still wrong and I can't get it to synch.
