Versa screen pixelated, factory reset didn't fix it

Hi, I woke up an my Versa screen was pixelated and faded, but it seems to be working normally otherwise.

 

Did a couple of soft resets and finally a factory reset, and the problem persists (I was using one of fitbits clock faces)

 

Any help is appreciated
