Thanks for bringing this to my attention, this shouldn't been an expected behavior with your Versa 2's screen after a firmware update.

NaN stands for 'not a number'. It is probably a problem with your clock face. Try switching to a different clock face, maybe one of the Fitbit ones first to see if that fixes the problem.

@Onejoecool64 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to help you with the screen issue that your Versa is experiencing since it's not showing your data properly.
I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa is working properly after trying other clock faces as @JohnnyRow advised.
In case the issue persists, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.
Let @JohnnyRow and me know how it goes! 😀

After a recent firmware update I no long have nimbers on my fitbit versa 2 face. I have changed the clock face to a Fitbit produced face, i have reset it, and attempted to factory reset but i am not able to see anything but icons. No words, numbers. I am at a loss on how to fix it. Please give me some advice.
