Versa screen showing static and jagged graphics.

just set up my versa and the screen was not working, graphics all jagged and some static. then it just went blank. tried resetting and restarting, screen might come on for a little bit then it goes blank again. any suggestions?

@coutts8 Try 3 button factory reset. If this doesn't help, you will need to contact customer support to guide you through the next steps.

 

  1. Press and hold all 3 buttons
  2. After Fitbit logo disappears, release the bottom right button
  3. Wait until you feel strong vibration and release the other buttons.

You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.

This is happening to me too.  Right now I'm trying to let the watch die and then charge it because I haven't had luck with reboots.
