This is what I woke up to this morning.  I bought my first versa April 2018.  After a few months the screen started doing this.  Contacted support and they sent this replacement in November 2018.  Contacted support again this morning after trying the reboots several times and once again getting a replacement. It is syncing to the phone but nothing on the screen.  Also my battery is draining super fast! I hope they figure out what is causing this as I love my fitbit.  Frustrating to buy something so expensive to only last a few months!

Hello @Thirtyz28, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you already restarted your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? If so, please let us know so we can check this further and determine what we should do next.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Mine is doing the same thing. I've had mine for a little less than a year. I am so disappointed. I loved my fitbit.

I have restarted it a few times to no avail. This is very disappointing to buy such an expensive smartwatch and have it stop working so quickly.

Mine is also doing this type of thing except mine is not white! It just shows up black but it still vibrates and syncs to my phone

That's a shame. Sorry to hear it and sorry about mine, too. I'm really
disappointed in such an expensive smartwatch. Must be some sort of a design
flaw.

Fitbit just sent me a new Versa. They took me through some troubleshooting,
and that didn't work. So they opted to send me a new one. Great customer
service. Both gentlemen that I talked to were courteous and helpful. Kudos
Fitbit on your staff and for backing up your product.
