Versa screen shows colored lines across

I have been noticing the screen on my Versa has colored vertical lines on it, across the entire screen and in the last few days will not hold charge in the battery.  It goes from 100% to 0 within a day.

While it is fully charged, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@klrinne16, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows colored lines across the screen.

In addition to the restart process that @SunsetRunner shared, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, check out if the colored lines disappear and the issue gets fixed.

Keep @SunsetRunner and me posted on the outcome! 😀

The screen issue seems to be resolved; however, the battery is still draining within 24 hours. I am disappointed that I cannot get accurate readings because my Fitbit keeps dying.

I have tried the things you told me to regarding my battery and it still isn’t holding charge...it is not reliable to track my steps or sleep or anything else in a day because the battery dies halfway through the day...I am starting to get frustrated.
