Versa screen shows fitbit logo after updating software

Just Updated Versa that is 6 months old, but watch screen doesn’t show data, only the fitbit logo. Data updating to phone though. How do I get info on the Versa screen?

Support was available today and they said to reset the watch by holding in the left and right lower buttons for a couple of seconds. It worked👍
