Does anyone know how to troubleshoot or fix issues with the Versa screen? For example where the trackers are starting at sleep I can only see the bottom half of the time and exercise and the settings button at the very bottom the work is off to the right so I only see “tings”. I installed the simple clock face and the HR is on the right. There are just a lot of things off and I can’t figure out how to fix it.

Hi, change your clock face to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. The simple clock face is a Third party One and thet can lead to these kind of problems sooner or later.

@Meg2019 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the issue you experienced with your Versa's display.
I'd would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after changing the clock face as advised my friend @SunsetRunner.
