I was sitting on the couch watching Tv this morning (April 7th) and I looked at my versa, at first it had my screen with a bunch of lines on it, and then it gradually started just becoming purple lines. And it won’t go back to normal. Does anyone have a way I can fix this, or will I need to get it replaced?

Hi, try if restarting your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this procedure is not solving your screen problem, contact Customer Support.

@Rae0009 Welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you here @J-mac1! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa trackers stopped showing the lines after performing the restart process that shared @SunsetRunner!
If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users can find it easier.
Looking forward to your responses! 😀

Thanks, kuzibri, but I did actually read and try it BEFORE posting. Your idea did not work. Nor did anything customer support had me try. They are shipping me a replacement under warranty.

No, I actually found the post extremely patronizing and unhelpful. But thanks!

Very sorry, but it was not my intention at all to be patronizing or unthankful. Hop you will accept my apologies.

No, I’m sorry I meant to reply. It didn’t work. But I really appreciate you trying.
