Help, my screen suddenly changed to showing a black screen with '6636' on it and the buttons doesn't seem to want to work.

 

Nevermind - syncing from other device

@Madeline21, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the numbers that your Fitbit Versa is displaying, I would like to follow up and would like to know if they stopped from showing on your watch.

 

In case you see something unusual, try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. This refreshes your watch internally.
