how do I fix my screen I got vertical blue lines and now the screen won't work I've already chatted with Fitbit they won't replace it as this was a replacement 6 most ago, gotany ideas???

@IslandGirl7 thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa experienced display issues. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of setup of the original device.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
