My Versa suddenly went dark shortly (6-7 hrs) after charging. Placed on charger and battery shows 0%. Shortly after the Fitbit logo will show, and the screen turns on long enough to see the battery icon is green, nearly full. When I take it off the charger nothing works, blank screen. I have tried rebooting, nothing. I did a firmware update about a week ago. Any ideas?

@Pjmt Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and charging issues that your Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Tried the listed fixes including charging for over 4 hours, still the same. Any other last ditch suggestions? I really feel it's a glitch as all my settings and alarms are functional while it's on the charger.
