Versa screen stuck on Fitbit loco while charging

would need a suggestion to sort out the restart issue of versa 2, I notice while charging screen stuck with the logo it’s neither getting on nor off and I tried reset and a long press of all 3 buttons but no use 😞

Please try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch while it's charging and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi I also not thuis problem.

I already try to resset it pussching the 3buttons.

Didnt work.

Also the fitbit logo is flashing slowly like  10 second on and 10 seconds off

What can i do more

I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
