My Fitbit versa was not syncing to my iPhone XR I checked forums and tried all of the suggestions these didn’t work. I then tried the suggestion of a factory reset. The factory reset did not work and know my watch is screen is stuck on data not cleared sync and try again. As the original problem was I could not sync my watch I can not complete the factory reset and cannot use my watch. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem ?

Hi there @THen75, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you've been having with your Versa. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for your efforts in trying to fix the issue prior to posting here.
Please note that the error message you're now receiving on your watch's screen ("Data not cleared, Sync & Tried and again") usually appears when you've performed a factory reset without first unpairing the watch. Said so, please try the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Give this a go and let me know if after linking your watch again to the Fitbit app you continue having syncing difficulties. I'll be around, keep me in the loop.
