Its been so frustrating that my Versa stopped working in less 15 days since I purchased. It was working fine till last evening and all of a sudden the screen turned off. It didn't wake up after several attempts to reboot by pressing the back and bottom buttons at a time for 10-15 secs. I tried charging it, but it appears that the watch is not charging. It heats up now when I attempt to charge it. Nothing shows up on the screen. I could sync the watch with mobile / desktop app, but on the app it shows that the battery is nearly empty. Looks like the watch is not charging now.
Basically I see 3 problems:
1. Screen went blank all of a sudden and nothing shows up.
2. Watch heats up on attempting to charge.
3. But the watch doesn't get charged, battery level doesn't go up.

Hi, since your battery is getting hot and it's only 15 days old, call Customer Support asap for a replacement. Regards kuzibri
