Versa screen turns black during the exercise mode

Hei! Every time I select exercise my watch turns black after 5-15 minutes. I have tried to restart it several times but it happens anyway. Can you help me?

Regarding the black screen issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing after a while of the exercise, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
