Versa screen turns bright red and stays that way

Once a day, the screen on my Fitbit turns bright red and stays that way until I restart it. I contacted Fitbit support soon after I got the watch (in May) and was told they had never heard of the problem. Anyone else have the same issue? I sync to an iPhone 6.

Thank you again. I took your advice about the clock face but spent almost two days in fitface hell. That problem was straightened out yesterday so now I can watch for the red screen problem.

Changing the clock face seems to have solved the problem. No red face issues since. Thank you again for your help

I am having a similar issue.  I just bought my Versa and have had for about a week and now my Fitbit clock screen is flashing red.  I thought maybe it was an indication of low battery but I’m at 49%.  I’m not using an aftermarket clock face so not sure what is happening.
