Versa screen unresponsive ,not visable, unable to reset even after charging

I purchased this Versa exactly one year and 5 days ago!! Yesterday the screen turned black and re-charging did nothing . I tried re-setting the device to no avail.

I contacted customer support and after 10 minutes on the phone they emailed me the 82 page user manual. Not helpful. I tried updating the device without results.

I didn't expect to get less than a years use out of this.

I am also experiencing the same type of issue. My battery flashed needing charged so I plugged it in, 24 hours later it wasn’t charged and was completely dead. I’ve borrowed another Versa owners charger so I know the charger isn’t defective. I know this doesn’t help you but wanted you to know you aren’t alone.  I’ve had mine for almost four months.
