Versa screen unresponsive to touch and swipe

Hi

 

My Versa screen is not responsive to swipe and touch. 

I've restarted it using the buttons, but it hasn't made a difference. It's fully charged too and syncs with my phone ok. I've even changed the clock face to see if that's made a difference ...but no, still unresponsive.

Any other suggestions??

@Mandy_Moo .. have you tried using the button to switch to the next screen and tap any of the apps from there? It probably won't change the outcome, but I am curious if it is the first screen that is causing issue or it is something more. It may unjam your screen - stranger things have happened 🙂
