Versa screen went black after 2 months

I've only had my versa for 2 months.  Ive had some problems with the battery not lasting  long once in awhile already but today the screen just went black.  But its still counting my steps and such cause it shows it when i go to the app. But since the screen is black, I have no way of shutting it off and restarting it to see if that fixes it. Anyone else experience this or have any advice?

Hi @Bschauff  Try restarting the watch several times as per the instructions.  But if that doesnt fix it come back here.

I only see one little hole that could potentially be a restart but it's not doing anything so I dont think it is. So I'm sure I have one on my device to be able to restart it from the outside.

Please DO NOT put anything in the hole! You could damage the altimeter and the waterproofing (and void your warranty)!

You restart by following the instructions in link I put in my post above. Here it is again
