My Versa suddenly would not turn on. It is charged. Tried holding all buttons for 10 seconds to restart-nothing, then 3 mins-nothing. Tried placing on charger-nothing. Had been working fine all day.

Hi @EmmaSS, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Since your Fitbit Versa is not turning on either, I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

my versa lite has been working fine then it stated it needed an update and now the screen has gone blank and will not turn on
This is the 2nd one i have had!!!!

I have tried all steps listed; Versa was on charger for 6 hour. Nothing. have moved charger to several different outlets. Does not vibrate when placed on charger.
