Versa screen went black, but backlight is on

My versa's screen suddenly went black and won't come pack on. It vibrates and the green ligbt flickers to read tour heartrate, but its not working. Only thing that happens is the backligjt comes on. Have tried restarting it, as well as factory resetting it

Please help!

@MelissavC, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on.

Hi there. I tried everything i could. Went back to the store thay sold it
to me. They've shipped it off to the manufacturer as ita still under
warranty. Thank you for your help

 Overnight my versa screen went dark and I cannot get it to come on.  Activity is being tracked, it vibrates when I get a call or text.  I tried a reset and it does nothing.
