The watch the screen went black and cannot get working again. The watch is fully charged.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for fully charging your watch. I'm sorry that the screen is still not showing your details correctly and let me give you a hand with this situation. Let me suggest to change the clock face to one from Fitbit and restart your watch to refresh its performance. These steps have worked for other members so keep me posted with the outcome.

@KimH4181, thanks for sharing that the pixels on your Versa's screen aren't working. I understand how you're feeling about this and I'm sorry that you're going through this situation.
