Versa screen went blank after swimming

I went swimming yesterday. Today I went to charge my versa and the screen was blank. It is obviously still working as I can still sync it and see my data on the app. I’ve seen that this is a common problem but cannot see any responses in how to fix it.

Hi there, @Karynjo80 @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your posts about the issue with your Versa Smartwatches.

Please restart your watch as suggested here (@SunsetRunner confirm if you've tried restarting your watch by using those instructions) How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I showered but didn't swim. Then had it off overnight. It ran out of charge.  I put it on the charger and the screen pixelated.. then charged. Now it just shows bright aqua... nothing else.  It does not reset according to instructions.
