Right after the firmware update my Fitbit screen has been blank. It seems to be syncing and collecting data but I can’t see the screen. I’ve tried to do a reboot but nothing works. Suggestions?

Try pressing and holding all three buttons at the same time until blue fitbit icon appears. You can then release buttons and fitbit should restart.
If it still doesn't work, remove and then re-add fitbit app after restarting your phone.

It should be noted that a factory reset if the watch is not in warranty is at your own risk.
There is a known bug with it that can destroy the watch, and all other options should be explored first.
As your watch is working you can try to change the clock face from the Fitbit App.
There have been other cases where a firmware update has broken the display.
As this is related to the firmware update, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you more precisely.
