Versa screen went blank and it won't turn on

My versa will do anything after I had reset it in the settings apps because it wasn’t updating or letting me install or uninstall apps or clock faces in the mobile app

Hi @Payberts, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon. Please keep an eye on your email account.

Hi yes I did contact support And they said that I was getting a replacement
sometime soon
