Fitbit versa working fine. Woke up to blank screen. Versa has counted steps all day as I can see on device. Has been vibrating, but can’t see anything on screen. Have tried reset and it doesn’t. Is fully charged? Any ideas welcome 🙏🏼

Is the watch syncing with the Fitbit App despite the blank screen?

You can check by clicking on your profile photo [top left] in the Fitbit App and see against device when last synced.

Try charging it, it should come on. If you can sync it will tell you the charge level in the Fitbit App.

If that works seems like a screen fault.

If its flat or not syncing or not charging have a look at the suggestion posted here
