Versa screen went blank

Hi my versa has gone  blind - screen completely black nothing to indicate and issue it was working then it is blank. It’s still logging and working but screen failed?

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
