Hello. I need help. My Versa keeps going blank. When I put it on the charger after 5 min it works for a bit then goes blank again. I have done so many hours of factory resets and turning it off and on with no success. I had it working for a whole week. Then it went down again. Does anyone know who I can contact to get a new one. I paid a lot of money for this and wasted a lot of time on this watch. I just want it to do what it’s supposed to do. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes they should do a recall on the Versa and issue newest Fitbit Versa. Research and development should been aware of the issue with the update on all devices. Before you push out an update it should’ve been tested thoroughly. Now this makes the company and the engineers look incompetent.

There are thousands of people with the same issue but Fitbit keep persevering by sending out the Versa probably hoping people will stop complaining and they will get away with it. I sincerely hope that Fitbit is aware that good customers don't complain they just to elsewhere. My wife's fitbit dies just after 15 months, no more warranty pure waste of money. She is already planning to move to apple.
Mine is still under warranty and got replacement but just after software update screen gone black can't get it to work anymore. Fitbit always give time and date of last sync and yes it does sync but what's the use of the watch if you cannot get a read out the screen itself. They should give me an upgrade a Versa 2 or something better rather than replacements which do not work after a few hours or days.
I am really disappointed like everyone else. I paid a lot for mine and afraid I am about to lose my hard earned money.

Mine also seemed to brick itself within a few days of doing the latest update. 2 nights ago the heart rate monitor spiked and went haywire. Turned it on and off but then the battery quickly drained after that and by the next day was getting about 14 hours of battery life with no notifications, no always connected on etc. Earlier on today it completely bricked itself entirely. Was working as well as an original fitbit versa could about 3 days ago...
Now I'm unsure whether to take the free replacement and probably get another dud versa or to use the 50% off voucher and get a Versa 2 but it's still a bit crappy having to pay out for something when the original product you've purchased clearly is defective all round.

I will be calling them early tomorrow morning. Definitely not taking and discount on a new one. Will strongly ask for an upgrade so that I can get on with my life. Dont want to be spending hours trying to fix something that cant be fixed.
They dont want to upgrade then it is the end of my relationship with them.

Mine went blank too. Now it won’t connect to app and i have done several restarts and it is like it has different languages on there and will not connect to my app.

I will call tomorrow as well, I really do not want to hear the same troubleshooting advice. I have tried it so many times holding two then three buttons that my fingers hurt. Giving advice to factory reset requires you to have access to the screen to select the settings option.
