Versa screen went blue and now won't turn on

Only had my versa 1yr and yesterday the screen went blue colour and I could see no data on screen altho was working and could see on the app itself my data results and versa still vibrated when I reached my goal in steps but today I updated the app and now the Fitbit has turned off and will not switch back on. Please can anybody shed a light on this as I’m missing my Fitbit and all it brings
