Versa screen went green then white

My Versa that is just 6 months old started acting strange. First the screen had horizontal green lines through it and now it is completely white! This is ridiculous, it is only 6 months old! Does anyone know of how to resolve this? These are expensive pieces of equipment, this should not be happening! Very disappointed! 😡

@SunsetRunner welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display went blank after it showed green lines.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours.

 

Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
