Woke up to my versa two having a white screen with lines all over it. Could still feel vibrations and get heart rate and steps through the day. Tried to factory reset it but it didn’t work now the screen doesn’t light up at all. Had it for a little over a year now.

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen went white with lines all over it, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to fix the screen, I'll be glad to continue helping you.
Since your Versa is still syncing, please try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.

I changed the clock face and felt the vibration indicating that it changed however the screen is still not working and unresponsive to touch and use of side buttons.
Final update. Fitbit was fully charged now doesn’t even show the sensor lights so it’s completely broke now!
