Versa screen won't come on

My Versa quit the other day. Screen won’t come on. Tried charging overnight no change. What can I do? Can I submit to have it replaced?

Hi @Rorschach23 - you probably need to do some trouble shooting first, such as

  • To restart your watch, press and hold the back and bottom buttons for a few [10]
    seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
    Restarting your watch reboots the device but doesn't delete any data.
    Versa
  • Clean the contacts on both watch and charger with rubbing alcohol
  • Change power source
  • double tap the screen and swipe in any direction [to see if you get a response]
  • see when the last time the watch synced in the Fitbit App, if it is still syncing there may be a display problem
  • in the Fitbit App Gallery tile change the clock face

Depending on its age and your location it may be under warranty. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support to check conditions.
