I purchased my Versa which I have loved and actually bought one for my wife and daughter as well as talked a co-worker into buying one. I bought mine back in April 2018 and now the touch and swipe stops working and all I get offered is do a factory reset (Which I did) and then do a normal restart (which I did) and since neither of those options work for you. We will give you 25% off a new device. Why would I spend the money on a new device when all I am going to get out of it is 1.5 years of service before it breaks and the support options are reset and restart the device. Sorry Fitbit loved your products but you just lost a customer.

At least you got a year out of your Versa. I purchased one in August of 2018 and it went haywire in April of this year. Fitbit did replace it as it was still under warranty but the replacement just stopped registering heart rate and incoming calls/texts. And, yes, they offered the 25% off a new purchase. But with 2 watches not lasting more than 15 months combined...why would I do that?

I used to love Fitbit products and I have two watches. I also talked a few of my friends into buying one which they did. My first one the Fitbit charge two lasted about a year then started lagging, bufferin, syncing wrong information and suddenly deleting steps and erasing information so I bought a new one ,the versa, it worked great and I was in love with it then 6 months in the screen stopped responding I did everything they told me to do and it still doesn’t work. What a disappointment

My versa stopped working too. This is just a fraud. Offering me 25% and very bad customer service. This is my third watch with Fitbit. Why can't they make a watch that last longer, this business model of making users replace broken watches is absolutely ridiculous.

I am very sorry that now almost any product expires in 2-3 years. I do not think that such things should deteriorate and break so quickly.

I'm already so tired of all the equipment constantly breaking down that I'm ready to move to a desert island and communicate only with myself. This takes an incredible amount of money. I lose heart when I understand that there is nothing stable and of high quality in this world. Recently I quit my job precisely because I saw no reason why I should work 12 hours a day at a job that brings me nothing but disappointment in my own life. Then I found a selection of games on android that pay you money for just playing games. I've been working this way for a couple of months for 5-6 thousand a month, and it's pretty comfortable for me. I advise everyone not to get upset and know that everything is good.
