I am using this watch for 6 months now , connectivity problem is almost all the time,but now the screen doesn't respond to the touch and screen won't turn off completely ,a dim blank light is always on ,please get this sorted asap

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the touchscreen doesn't respond.
In order to fix the touchscreen issue, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps listed in this help page in order to fix the connectivity and syncing issue.

Hi ,
I have already attempted restart reversal time also tried factory reset but situation is getting worse.
I contacted customer care for that ,they made me do the factory reset process on the phone itself ,still not working. When on it is lagging and then screen shuts down.
It works alright temporarily after the reset ,and now the screen is dead and only heart sensor is working,it is not connecting to the phone
I bought mightif online from Flipkart and need a product replacement for the product, please solve this issue asap. It's troubling my routine and work
