Versa screen won't respond

Hi guys. I need help. I did the software download and left my device on charge.The device screen is blue blank. I tried restarting and holding all the buttons, nothing seems to work. I unpaired my device and Uninstalled the app still no help. This has been going on for hours now. I don't know what to do. I'm devastated. It shows glitches during my workout. I don't know what to do anymore.

Hi @siddharthgoel, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit.
