Versa screen won't stay on

My Versa screen comes on but then when I go to touch it, it turns black. Therefore I can't do anything with it! I've tried restarting it and updating it with no luck. Any suggestions?

Mine is doing the same thing had to get one replaced already and now it doesn't do anything customer service wont replace it again. Spent 300 on a new watch for it to continuously have problems advice dont buy from fitbit anymore poor quality watches
