Versa screen won't turn on

I've bought Fitbit Versa for my wife and it stopped working after only 3 month of use, it happened during swimming in the pool. The problem is that it even doesn't react to hard reset via 3 buttons combinations, screen is black, no signs of being alive. Is there any other way to hard reset it? Something like connecting it to the laptop and use some magic software?

Note: Charing dotes  on the back are clean, tried different sources of power, when using powerback I can see that it consumes energy.

Faithfully speaking I'm quite dissapointed with Fitbit quality - first time my Ionic had battery drain issues, I got the replacement in the end, but still. It's only been 3 month and again problems with another Fitbit product. Service and support is great, but durability could be better.

Hi, did you do the factory reset long enough? The three buttons procedure lasts about 15-20 secs before you feel a strong vibration. Sometimes you need this procedure more than once. If this does not do the trick and you're also not able to do the FR by going to settings on the Versa - press it - scroll down to Device Info and then to Factory reset, I would advice you to contact Customer Support as your Versa might have suffered severe problems during swimming.

@Mykhaylo It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa won't turn on even though you've restarted your Versa before contacting our forums.

Since your tracker is still unresponsive, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

Thank you for your help my friend @SunsetRunner!
